1. This process pertains to any motor vehicle that has to be Titled or just Registered ! 
( Cars, PWC wave runners, dirt bike's, Motorcycles, ATV''s,  Motor Homes, Trucks, Trailers, etc.) 
2. Towed from Private Property and then abandoned at  your facility or tow yard?

3. Vehicles left abandoned on your property without you doing any repairs or giving any physcial labor or services?

4. A private citizen who has a vehilce left on their property ?

^{WHEN THE  MOTOR VEHICLE COMMISION OF NJ APPROVES YOUR APPLICATION TO SELL THIS   VEHICLE,  TITLE WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THEN END BUYER .  ( PURCHASER OF VEHICLE )  NOT IN THE PROPERTY OWNERS NAME OR THE OWNER OF THE FACILITY OR THE FACILITIES NAME WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT ABANDONED.}
